ESD-safe Dry Cabinet
High performance, industrial dry cabinet that provides fast and precise dehumidification for storing moisture-sensitive components or devices. This ESD-safe dry cabinet is capable of maintaining up to 1% -20%, 1% – 50%, 25% -55% Relative Humidity (RH).
Megatek’s industrial dry cabinet uses a patented dehumidifying system, which relies on a high efficiency desiccation core to operate for prolonged periods before regeneration. The digitally-controlled system allows for fast recovery time after opening the cabinet door (revert to <10% RH within 15~30 minutes after opening cabinet door). This safeguards humidity-sensitive components and devices, and facilitates frequent access without the need for an inert gas purging system.
The cabinet is made of a high-grade, steel construction and ESD-safe for placement in ESD protected areas. Full stainless steel construction option is available for cleanroom ESD protected areas.
