Megatek’s ESD-safe replaceable polymer tip tweezers provide flexibility, precision and cost efficiency. Each tweezer features a replaceable tip head with an anti-magnetic, stainless steel handle that is thoughtfully designed with a serrated surface to enhance grip. Replaceable tips minimise waste and cost by allowing the tips to be replaced instead of the entire tweezer.
Our replaceable tips are injection-moulded for precision and consistency. The tips can be customised to suit a variety of designs, shapes and polymer materials to cater for different application requirements. Commonly used materials are high-performance polymers like PEEK, Co-polymer Nylon and Acetal, which give strong wear and chemical resistance. They are also ESD-safe and suitable for handling electrostatic-sensitive components.
Megatek’s ESD Safe Replaceable Tip Tweezers and Tips are all clean-washed and clean-packed prior to delivery, ensuring the products are free from contamination.
